If you're looking for support and guidance as you navigate your fertility process—or you just had a baby and are wondering what the heck to do—this is a great place to start. I work best with high-achieving, hyper-independent women who are used to being the strong one and aren’t totally sure how to ask for help (even when they know they need it). Whether you're in postpartum fog or deep in fertility decisions, this 60-minute session gives you a space to breathe, get your thoughts in order, and leave with a plan. No commitment, no pressure—just clarity and a little relief.

If you're in a season that feels extra—whether you're in the thick of fertility treatments, raw from postpartum, or just trying to stay afloat—this package gives you weekly space to actually process it all. My clients are often the strong ones who carry a lot and rarely slow down. But sometimes? You need more than a once-in-a-while check-in. You need regular, steady support to catch your breath, talk through decisions, and create a plan that actually feels doable. This includes six 60-minute sessions (usually weekly) so you’re not holding it all by yourself anymore. Let’s get you the support you deserve.

MEET ASHLEY:
Hi! I’m Ashley - and I want you to know you don’t have to do this alone.
I work with high-achieving women who are navigating fertility or postpartum and wondering how to keep showing up for everyone else without falling apart themselves. Sound familiar?
You’re the go-to person in your circle. Capable. Smart. Funny. But when it comes to your own needs, you’re tired, overwhelmed, and feeling like no one really gets it.
That’s where I come in. I’m actually a licensed counselor in Louisiana and founder of a group practice focused on perinatal mental health—but after years of helping clients process the why, I wanted to help them figure out the what now. That’s what brought me to coaching.
Whether you're riding the rollercoaster of infertility or knee-deep in postpartum, my goal is for you to leave every session saying, “I feel so relieved. I finally have a plan.” I bring practical tools, a holistic lens, and what I like to think is a pretty solid sense of humor to every conversation. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you feel supported, cared for, and like yourself again.
Outside of coaching, you can find me chasing my toddler, drinking an iced espresso latte (almond milk, please!), planning my next trip, or reading whatever book my group chat convinced me to buy this month.
FAQ
How would you describe your coaching philosophy or approach? My coaching approach is all about making sure you never feel like you're doing this alone. Fertility and postpartum can feel isolating, overwhelming, and straight-up confusing—but you deserve support that’s grounded, honest, and actually helpful. My goal is for you to leave each session thinking, “Okay. I can do this. I’ve got a plan.” I mix practical tools, real talk, and a solid sense of humor to help you feel more confident, clear, and truly cared for in whatever season you're in.
What are your primary coaching focus areas or niches? I specialize in supporting women through infertility, postpartum, and the messy, beautiful in-between. I often work with high-achieving, eldest-daughter types—the ones who hold everything together for everyone else but feel like they're quietly falling apart.
What type of clients do you love working with—and why? My ideal client is a high-achiever—someone who’s incredibly capable, often the go-to person for advice, yet struggles to apply that same compassion and wisdom to themselves. They’re balancing big work goals with the demands of family life, often putting their own needs last. Despite the overwhelm, they show up with honesty, a sharp sense of humor, and a brave willingness to talk about the hard stuff. They don’t need fixing—they need space, strategy, and support to come back to themselves. High achieving and hyper independent women aren't typically comfortable with being taken care of and prioritizing their own needs. I want to help teach women that they deserve to have the same nurture, compassion, grace, and care that they give to others so freely.
How long have you been coaching (formally or informally)? I have been coaching for 6 years, but have also been a counselor and run my own counseling practice as well.
