For over two decades, I’ve operated at the Vice President level and steered my career toward unparalleled success. I’ve had the privilege of hiring, training, and coaching hundreds of individuals, both in the business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) realms. One of the standout achievements of my career was my role in scaling a new division from ground zero to an astonishing $3+ billion in assets, but I’m not just motivated by numbers. I’m energized by the personal and professional victories of those I’ve had the privilege to help.

Throughout my career journey, I’ve worn many hats including leader, strategist, and mentor. I am inspired and excited about helping the next generation of professionals find success. I also serve as a board member for a dynamic startup company, where I bring crucial strategic acumen and business insights to the table. These experiences have not only enriched my professional expertise but have also ignited my passion for helping others.

On a personal note, I’ve proudly called the Pacific Northwest (PNW) home for 15+ years, embracing the region’s ethos of work-life balance and community. Family and friends are at the heart of my life, and I understand the importance of building a fulfilling career that complements your personal values. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, painting, and paddle boarding with my family. I’m blessed to have a wonderful fiancé, Monica, and a daughter, Lili. I would not be where I am today without their support and belief.
