MEET BRANDI:
Hey! I'm Brandi.
Career strategist and coach, iced latte loyalist (yes, even in the dead of winter), therapy dog volunteer, and proud new mom learning how to build a life that holds purpose, family, and joy all at once.
I’m also the founder and owner of Talent Career Coaching, where I help individuals and organizations navigate the moments when work, identity, growth, and real life collide.
Before launching this business, I spent more than a decade managing and mentoring teams in the financial services and sports industries. I’ve been in the hiring chair, the HR seat, and the “What am I doing with my life?” spiral. I know what it is like to look successful on paper but feel disconnected inside.
My own turning point came after sending more than 250 job applications in search of something that felt like mine. That journey led me to a role in HR that lit me up and eventually to the work I was meant to do.
That experience became the foundation for the work I do today: helping people make clearer career decisions and helping organizations better support employees through growth, uncertainty, and change.
As a first-generation professional and the daughter of a truck driver and a grocery store worker, I also know what it feels like not to fit the mold.
I’ve lived the imposter syndrome. I’ve walked into rooms where I felt like I did not belong. And I’ve learned how powerful it is to finally own your story, recognize the value of your experience, and stop playing small.
That is why so much of my work is centered on barrier breakers: people who may not be the typical face of their industry, who lead with heart and grit, and who are ready to stop shrinking themselves to fit someone else’s definition of success.
Today, I work with a limited number of individual clients while partnering with organizations through company-sponsored coaching, outplacement support, speaking, training, facilitation, and select consulting engagements.
My work has become more focused, but the purpose behind it has not changed. I want people to feel less alone in the decisions that shape their careers, leadership, and lives.
I’m also raising my son, running an interior design business, and showing up when I can to volunteer with my certified therapy dog. Life is full, and I’m learning to build it with greater intention, flexibility, and room for what matters most.
Whether you are navigating your own next step or looking for support for your organization, I would be honored to learn more about what you need and determine whether I may be the right fit.
Rooting for you!
-Brandi
