Hey! I'm Brandi.

Career coach, iced latte loyalist (yes, even in the dead of winter), therapy dog volunteer, and proud new mom learning how to build a life that holds purpose, family, and joy all at once.

I’m also the founding coach and owner of Talent Career Coaching—a place where high-achieving, values-driven professionals come to figure out what’s next, grow their confidence, and build careers they actually want to wake up to.

Before launching this business, I spent over a decade managing and mentoring teams in the financial services and sports industries. I’ve been in the hiring chair, the HR seat, and the “what am I doing with my life?” spiral. I know what it’s like to look successful on paper but feel disconnected inside.

My own turning point came after sending over 250 job applications in search of something that felt like mine. That journey led me to a role in HR that lit me up—and eventually, to the work I was meant to do: helping others create the clarity and alignment I wish I’d had earlier.

As a first-generation professional and daughter of a truck driver and a grocery store worker, I also know what it’s like to not fit the mold. I’ve lived the imposter syndrome. I’ve walked into rooms where I felt like I didn’t belong. And I’ve learned how powerful it is to finally own your story and stop playing small.

That’s why I coach barrier breakers—the ones who aren’t the typical face of their industry, who lead with heart and grit, and who are done settling for “fine.”

Today, I partner with a team of expert coaches through Talent Career Coaching while raising my son, running an interior design business, and showing up (when I can) to volunteer with my certified therapy dog. Life is full—and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
