The Job Seekers Mastermind is a small, supportive group coaching experience designed to help you stay focused and motivated, feel supported, and make real progress in your job search with the guidance of a career coach and a community of like-minded peers by your side. Whether you’re deep in job applications, pivoting directions at work, or simply figuring out what’s next, you don’t have to go it alone.
 

This program was born out of a common request from our clients: A space to connect, share ideas, and stay accountable with others who truly get it.

1:1 Intake Coaching Session

Start with a private 30-minute session to clarify your goals, identify roadblocks, and create a personalized job search game plan. (A $99 value)

Six Live Group Sessions
Join a small cohort (just 6 job seekers!) for 60-minute weekly Zoom calls. Each session includes tailored tips, practical tools to keep you moving forward, and space to share updates, troubleshoot challenges, and build momentum together. (A $599 value)

Two 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Dig deeper with two private 60-minute sessions focused on whatever you need most—resumes, networking, mindset, confidence, and more. Want more 1:1 support? You’ll have access to additional coaching sessions at half price. (A $398 value)
