Office Hours with Ruthie These small-group coaching sessions are a chance to get real-time support, clarity, and personalized guidance on any job search questions or roadblocks. Stuck on a cover letter? Unsure how to follow up with a contact? Just need a confidence boost? We’ll work through it together. Not only will you get direct guidance on your own questions, you’ll benefit from hearing others get coached too — often, someone else’s question unlocks your own insight. This is a space for clarity, encouragement, and real-time problem-solving, so you don’t have to navigate the job search alone.
